Delivery & Shipping Policy

Due to the 100% hand-painted nature of our custom watercolor artworks, the estimated delivery time we provide is an estimation based on the painting process, customer response times, and transit time. Various factors, including the volume of revision requests and holidays, contribute to the overall delivery timeline. We strive to provide accurate estimations and appreciate your understanding of the dynamic elements that may influence delivery times.

ARTWORK PROOFING & UNLIMITED REVISIONS

Whether you order a physical painting or a digital file, every piece you order from [Your Brand Name] is entirely hand-painted by our artists using traditional watercolor techniques.

In general, it takes [1-3] working days to complete the initial draft/painting. We send to all our customers the proof of the artwork via email for review before final delivery or shipping.

Every order is entitled to unlimited revisions during the proofing stage to ensure you are completely satisfied with your custom artwork.

We allow a period of 48 hours for any revision requests after the proof is sent. During this time, we encourage you to carefully review the artwork and communicate any desired changes. After the 48-hour period, if no revision requests are received, we will proceed to finalize the artwork and deliver/ship it as presented in the provided proof.

(If you request a revision after the 48-hour window, we will do our best to accommodate it, but if the physical item has already been shipped, revisions can no longer be made).

DIGITAL DELIVERY (For Digital Products)

For customers who ordered a Digital Artwork, your product is 100% hand-painted and then professionally scanned into a high-resolution file.

Once you approve the proof (or the 48-hour window passes), the final digital delivery will be sent to your email. The standard delivery is a high-resolution file (e.g., JPEG at 300 DPI), ready for you to print at home or at a local print shop.

PHYSICAL PREPARATION & PACKAGING

For customers who ordered physical artwork,no printing is involved. Once your proof is approved, please allow[1-2] working daysfor us to carefully package your original watercolor painting to ensure it is fully protected for its journey to your location.

SHIPPING (For Physical Products)

We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

At [Your Brand Name], we want to ensure transparency and clarity regarding our shipping processes. We collaborate with reputable shipping companies to deliver our orders.

In instances where shipping companies do not adhere to the estimated delivery times, or if packages are lost or damaged in transit, [Your Brand Name] cannot be held liable for the actions of these external entities. However, in the event of a damaged or lost package, we will repaint and reship your artwork at our own expense. (Please note that repainting will require additional processing time).

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it becomes available. During the holidays, shipping times may be longer, and we recommend placing orders early if you intend to receive the artwork by a specific date.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Entire order communication is done via email.
  • Revisions generally take [24-48] hours per request, which will extend the overall processing time.
  • Delivery & Shipping times might be different during holidays.
  • If we don't hear back from you within 48 hours after sending the proof, we will finalize and ship/deliver the artwork as it is to avoid delays.
  • You can request a full refund only if you did not confirm the artwork that was sent as a draft/proof. Once the artwork is approved and the physical item is shipped (or final high-res digital file is sent), refund policies will apply differently.
  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping destination address.
