HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
The ordering process is very simple:
- Choose your product.
- Upload your photo(s)
- Add your product to the cart and proceed to checkout
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
It takes about 3 working days for the digital artwork to be delivered. Shipping adds an extra of 5-8 working days on top of the digital delivery.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MYORDER?
You can check the status of your order anytime by using Track My Order page. Log in using your e-mail and order number.
IS FAST-DELIVERY POSSIBLE?
Yes, but there will be an additional charge. You can select "Priority Processing" on the product order page. We will complete your artwork within 24 hours.
WHAT IS DIGITALDELIVERY?
If you choose to download the electronic version or purchase the electronic version, we will convert your artwork into an electronic format and send it to the email address you provided.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
Yes! You can request customization and we will make your artwork according to your request. Please note that customization may include extra fees.
DO YOU PROVIDE REVISIONS?
We will provide unlimited revisions until you are happy! Please note that you cannot change photos post-delivery as a free revision. Free revisions are provided only for the initial order materials and instructions. Paid revisions are possible. To avoid mismatched expectations,please send us the photos before placing the order.
WHAT PHOTOS SHOULD I USE?
Use the best-quality photo you have, ideally in the highest resolution possible, because the final artwork will reflect the quality of the image you provide.

You can upload one or more photos before placing your order in JPG, PNG, PDF, BMP, or TIFF format. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose the best photo.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on all print orders. Delivery usually takes 5-8 working days, and once your tracking number is available, it will appear on the Track My Order page.
If your print is lost, arrives damaged, or you need faster delivery, please contact uswith your order number. Lost prints can be reproduced or refunded for the printing costs, damaged prints will be replaced, and faster shipping may be available for an additional cost.
WHAT IS YOUR REVISION & REFUND POLICY?
You can request free revisions as long as they are based on the original photos and requirements from your order.
If you would like to change the photos or request new requirements, this can still be done for an additional cost. Orders can be canceled with a full refund only if the draft has not been created yet. Once the draft is made, the order cannot be canceled, as the artwork is produced based on your custom request.
If your order includes a print and the draft has already been completed, we can refund the printing costs minus a $5 handling fee.
