2. Products & Custom Artwork

Many PaintMySoul products are personalized, hand-painted, handmade, or made to order using photographs, names, text, selections, and other information supplied by customers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information and suitable reference materials. Small variations in brushwork, color, texture, composition, positioning, and other artistic details are a natural part of handmade artwork and are not necessarily defects.

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, prices, availability, processing times, and other information may be updated from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to present this information accurately, but minor display differences may occur between devices and physical products.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not require us to accept or fulfill an order that is fraudulent, unlawful, materially incomplete, affected by an obvious pricing or technical error, or otherwise cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and a refund of amounts paid for the affected item.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency presented to you on the website or at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and is also subject to their applicable terms.

Promotional offers, coupon codes, sale pricing, and discounts may have separate eligibility requirements and may be changed or discontinued where permitted by law.

5. Artwork Proofs, Approval & Revisions

For products that include a proof or preview, we may send artwork to you for review before final production or delivery.

Where revisions are included, you may request reasonable changes during the proofing stage. Revision requests and delayed responses may extend production and delivery times.

Once a final design has been approved and final production has begun, further changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates vary by product and destination. Current estimated timelines, tracking information, damaged-package procedures, and other shipping terms are described in our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been expressly confirmed by us.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, special return and cancellation rules apply. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before ordering.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Customer-Submitted Content

When you provide photographs, text, names, designs, instructions, reviews, or other materials to us, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use those materials for your order.

You grant PaintMySoul permission to use customer-submitted materials as reasonably necessary to create, customize, communicate about, fulfill, support, and deliver your order.
