Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my painting?

For custom watercolor portraits, we usually prepare the initial artwork within 1–2 business days. After your artwork is approved, physical orders are prepared and shipped, with standard U.S. delivery typically taking 3–5 business days. When approval is prompt and no extensive revisions are needed, most watercolor portrait orders arrive within approximately 5–8 business days. Revision requests or delayed approval may extend the delivery timeline.

Can you combine two different photos into one painting?

Sure, we will draw the pets or characters from multiple photos onto one piece of artwork according to your requirements.

Does it come with a frame?

Our photo frames do require an additional charge. In your purchase order, you can choose whether to add the photo frame and the color of the frame.

What if my photo is blurry?

It's okay. You can upload the photo and leave a note for us. We will do our best to restore your photos and recreate the expressions and features of the people in the paintings.

What is digital delivery?

If you choose to download the electronic version or purchase the electronic version, we will convert your artwork into an electronic format and send it to the email address you provided.(The electronic version was also created by hand-drawing and then scanned into an electronic format.)

How should I modify my portrait?

After we receive your order and photos, we will draw a sample according to your requirements. Then we will send you a confirmation by email. If you are not satisfied, you can request us to make the necessary changes. We will revise it for you free of charge until you are satisfied.
