After approval, we complete final production and send tracking. Most physical orders arrive within 5–8 business days after approval; revisions, holidays, customs, or remote destinations may extend this estimate.
Can you combine two different photos into one painting?
Sure, we will draw the pets or characters from multiple photos onto one piece of artwork according to your requirements.
Does it come with a frame?
Our photo frames do require an additional charge. In your purchase order, you can choose whether to add the photo frame and the color of the frame.
What if my photo is blurry?

What is digital delivery?
