First time I ordered, I ordered a wedding anniversary gift for my husband and when it arrived I realized they sent me the incorrect product. I was very kind and explained the situation to Quinn and he made the moment right by recreating the image and sending it to me. His work is really good and extremely detailed. I loved my correct product so much that I ordered again from his shop for a mother's day present. I just received my package and the incorrect item was sent to me again. His work is very good but whoever is in charge of the shipment process has wronged me twice now.
