We usually email your first proof within 2–3 business days. Request unlimited revisions based on your original photo and instructions. Please reply within 48 hours; if we do not hear from you, the proof may be treated as approved so production can continue.

Once you approve the proof, we complete final production, package the artwork, and send tracking. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days after approval; revisions, holidays, customs, or remote destinations may extend this estimate.
